- In a pressure cooker put chole salt hadi tealeave bag laung 2pc Elaichi dalchini tejpata add water as required.cook for 2 whistle or till soft
- Prepare tomato puree and keep it aside
- Make onion paste now
- Heat oil put jeera add onion paste ginger garlic chilli paste cook for few minutes add tomato puree and all masala and cook for few minutes.
- Add chole and imli paste and cook for 5 min or till gravy is thick
- Chole is ready to serve
- Garnish with coriander leaves lemon wedges green chilli
- Serve with bhature or puri or hot steamed rice
