- In a wide plate add finely grated cucumber with it's water.Do not throw the cucumber water.
- Add wheat flour,rice flour,besan,finely chopped coriander,curry leaves.Add dhaniya powder,ajwain,jeera powder,red chilli powder,turmeric powder,hing and required salt.Mix well.
- Mix all the above ingredients to make a smooth batter without lumps.This batter should not be too thick like chapati or like dosa batter.You can add little water if batter becomes thick. Look the picture for batter consistency.
- Now keep tawa or pan on stove.While it is warm,put some batter on the tawa and pat it with your palms evenly.Then put some holes in the centre as well as sides. As tawa is warm dont worry about how you can pat batter with your hands.
- You can keep 2 tawa.On one you can pat and then keep on stove,while another one you can remove and allow to cool.
- Pour oil generously on the holes and corners.Cover and cook on medium flame.After sometime flip it and cook on other side till golden brown or brown spots is seen over it.
- After it is done remove it and transfer on a plate.Finish doing all the batter in same method.Serve it hot.
