  11. 1 palak chopped

  14. 1 small piece ginger chopped
  15. 1/4 chopped coconut
  16. To Taste Salt
  17. 2 ghee
  18. 8-10 curry leaves
  19. For Raita :-
  20. 1 cup curd
  21. 2 grated cucumber
  22. 1/2 cup roasted coarsely ground peanut powder
  23. 2 tbsp palak green puree
  24. 1/4 cup pomegranate
  25. to taste Salt
  26. 1 tsp roasted jeera powder
  27. As required Phudina leaves for garnishing

Instructions to make to make Hariyali Veg Biryani

  1. Add ghee & Salt to cook soaked basmati rice
  2. For green puree grind all the ingredients in mixer grinder
  3. Heat a big pan and add ghee & lakhnvi saunf, when saunf crackles add curry leaves and all chopped vegetables
  4. Stir till vegetables are cooked add green puree and mix well
  5. Now add cooked rice and salt as per taste and mix well
  6. For raita mix all the ingredients in a bowl
  7. Raita is ready garnish with phudina leaves
