  11. Strainout Make sure 1part of rice is remaining means not cooked
  12. Step 3 for dum
  13. Separate chicken into gravy
  14. Add in pot 2tbsp ghee and prepare lemon juice 3tbsp with water. Prepare orange colour
  15. Add first layer of gravy then rice and last add chicken some coriander mint and green chili spread lemon juice and colour init. An give dum for 10 to 15mints
