  1. Mix above mentioning things for making Gatte with help of little water and prepare smooth dough
  2. Make five equal portions roll it. Take one glass of water in Kadai and allowed to boil. Once it started to boil add rolled dough into it, and cook for 15 minutes.
  3. After that remove from gas and cut into 2 pieces
  4. Take ghee in kadai add all dry masala including soaked good rice then Gatte fry for 10 minutes. Add ginger garlic paste for 5 minutes. Then add one and half cup of water, haldi, red chilli powder and salt cook till done
