Take a pan and add sliced onion and oil saute well when its turn golden then add chicken pieces cook till chnge the color then add ginger, garlic paste and cook for 5,6 minut then add tomato green chillies cook well 5,7 minut then add yogurt mix with all spices.cook well until chicken korma done.
  2. Soak rice and take another pan for boiling rice add water and black cardamom and Cinnamon when its boil then add rice and cook in (1 kani) drain water and rice set aside. Take a pan and put a layer of half rice after that put a chicken korma layer and then an extra rice layer and add mint coriander leaves lemon slices and yellow food color and put on damm for 15 minuts.
