- Wash and cut the all 🥦🥕🌽vegetable. Make the tomato puree
- Heat the 2 tablespoon oil. Add the onion pieces and saute it till brown color. Remove the pieces on kitchen paper.
- Heat the 3 tablespoon oil and add the all tempering ingredients. When change the ingredients color add the chilli ginger garlic paste and all vegetables, Saute it 2 minute. Than add the tomato puree,curd,salt, chilli powder, haldi garam masala and cook 2 minute.
