  1. Peel n cut the potatoes into fries shape..
    Washed n pat dry them
    Than fry them till 70 % done.. remove them from oil n set a side
  2. Now in same oil add in sliced onion n saute till golden brown..
  3. Now add roughly chopped tomatoes, green chillies, ginger n garlic in blender n blend..
  4. Add in salt n spices,mix well than add blended mixture n cook..
  5. Add in yogurt n mix well cook till oil separates than add water n bring it boil..
  6. Add in rice(washed n soaked for 1,5hrs)after 2,3 boils add in fried potatoes n cook till water dries..
  7. When water dries put it on dum for 5 minutes..
  8. Serve it with salad
