  3. After onions, add finely chopped tomatoes, salt as per taste, masalas,1tsp red Chilli powder, half tsp garam masala,2tsp coriander powder, half tsp turmeric powder, salt as per taste.

  5. Cook in a low flame then add all roasted veggies and 2tsp curd cook for a while
  6. Add 2cup rice and 4cup water, close the lid when 4whistle came turn off the gas
