- Add the rice and mix well and saute on a medium flame for two more minutes.
- Add the fresh toovar, surti papdi and green peas and mix well. Saute for a few seconds.
- Add prepared paste, salt and water and mix gently.
- Once the mixture comes to a boil close the lid and cook on a low flame for two whistle.
