- Add rice curd mixture,turmeric and salt.Mix well n let it cook for 6 to 8 minutes on slow flame or until it becomes soft.
- Add roasted besan.Mix well and cook it for 1 to 2 minutes till mixture leaves its side.
- Switch off the flame and spread this mixture in a greased plate.Press the upper portion of dhokla with greased steel bowl.Cut it into pieces. Enjoy it with tea or coffee.
