  2. In a bowl prepare sauce by adding mayonnaise, ketchup, bbq sauce and pinch of black pepper.
  3. Prepare chicken by adding ingredients from 1 to 6.marinate it for 15 mins and cook.
  4. Now give coal dum and keep it covered until you use it.
  5. In a pan add 1 tbsp oil and Stir fry vegetables adding them one by one starting from cabbage, carrots and capsicum.now add soya sauce, red crushed chilli and salt.give it a good mix and keep aside.
  6. Assembling: layer rice, vegetables, bbq chicken, sauce.on top sprinkle some green onion.
