  2. 2-1/2 tbsp tandoori masala
  3. 1 tbsp soya sauce
  4. 1 tbsp ginger garlic paste
  5. 1/2 tsp salt
  6. 1/2 tsp black pepper
  7. 2 tbsp lemon juice
  8. 1/2 kg boneless chicken cut in cubes
  9. 4 tbsp oil
  10. 1 onion roughly chopped
  11. 1 Carrot cut in julienne
  12. 1 capsicum cut in julienne
  13. 1/4 tsp salt
  14. 1/4 tsp black pepper
  15. 1/4 tsp crushed red pepper
  16. 1/2 kg boiled rice
  17. For sauce
  18. 5 tbsp mayonnaise
  19. 5 tbsp chili garlic sauce
  20. 1/2 tsp hot sauce

Instructions to make to make Bbq rice

  1. For sauce: Add all ingredients in bowl.Mix well and keep aside.
  2. For vegetable
    In a pan add 2tbsp oil. Add in Carrots and capsicum. Saute. Add in salt, black pepper, crushed red pepper and Italia chicken cube. Mix well. Remove and keep aside.
  3. For Chicken:
    Marrinate 500 grams(half kg) boneless cubes/strips chicken with lemon juice, ginger garlic paste,  yogurt, tandoori  masala, salt, black pepper and soya sauce. Keep it aside for an hour.
    In another pan add oil. Fry onions till golden in color. Add in marinated chicken and fry well. Add 1/2 cup water and cook till chicken tender.
  4. Assembling:
    In a platter add rice then veggies then chicken and lastly drizzle sauce.
  5. Bbq rice are ready to serve.
