Instructions to make to make Baked Chinese Masala Rice
- Soak rice for few hours.
- Boil rice.
- Chop all the vegetables.
- Heat oil in a pan.
- Add in ginger garlic and saute for a minute.
- Add in chicken and fry till it changes colour.
- Add in peas and salt.
- Cook covered for 5 minutes.
- Add in all the vegetables and spices.
- Stir them well.
- Add in yoghurt and mix well.
- Mix together vinegar,lemon and all the sauces.
- Preheat oven at 180 C.
- Spread half rice in a pan.
- Add in chicken masala,sauces,tomato,mint and black pepper.
- Cover with remaining rice.
- Cover pan with foil.
- Bake for 10-15 minutes.
- Serve hot.
