- 1 tablespoon Lemon juice
- as required To serve: Sev, Lemon wedges, Mango pickle, Fresh curd

- First, wash and presoak the poha overnight if you are preparing it for breakfast. Also pre-boil the vegetables and store in refrigerator overnight for easy preparation. Also chop the onions, Chillies, coriander in the night and store in airtight glass containers for easy preparation.
