  1. Rice: Prepare rice separately till cooked completely. Take 2tbsp oil mixed with yellow food color add it to the center of the cooked rice or diivide the rice into two parts spread drops of color on one layer then add another layer of rice sprinkle more color and final layer sprinkle color. Cover rice or place in oven. Once ready to serve mix the rice well for the color to be spread out.
  2. Grind garlic, ginger and coriander to paste mix 1/2 the paste with meat and add salt. Add a glass of water and leave to boil for 10 mins. After 10 mins check if not well cooked add more water let it boil its soft/ cooked.
  3. Color the potatoes and fry them till half cooked and keep them aside, fry the onions till they turn brown in color, drain oil from the onions completely.
  4. Take a cooking pot add 5 tbsp of cooking oil and heat then add the remaining 1/2 paste of garlic, ginger and coriander fry till color changes to light brown then add 2tbsp of biriani masala stirring slowly for about 2mins. Add chopped tomatoes stirring them in the paste till completely mixed. Add onions and stir to make them completely mixed to the paste. Add tomato paste and stir to mix then pour the mala (sour milk) in the mixture and let in simmer on low heat. add the fried potatoes and mix
