  10. 1/4-tsp baking soda
  11. 6 -Potatoes boied and smashed
  12. 2 -onion finely sliced
  13. 2 -green chilli finely chopped
  14. 1 -small piece of ginger grated
  15. 1-tbsp grated garlic
  16. as per taste Salt
  17. 1 -tbsp oil
  18. 1-tsp urad dal
  19. 1-tsp cumin
  20. 1-tsp mustard
  21. 8-10 curry leaves
  22. 1-tsp turmeric powder
  23. 2-tbsp finely chopped coriander
  24. 1-tbsp Malgapodi Chutney powder
  25. as per taste Tomato Chutney

Steps to make to make Masala Dosa

  1. Grind suji in a mixer grinder mix suji,wheat flour and rice flour in a bowl. Heat oil and pour on flour and mix well.
  2. Add curd mix well and water and prepare Dosa batter.
  3. Add sugar, salt and asafoetida and mix well and keep aside for 10 mins. rest.
  4. Heat oil in a pan add 1-tbsp oil, udid dal,cumin,mustard when starts cracking add curry leaves, asafoetida, turmeric powder saute it and add onion,garlic, ginger and green chilli cook for a while and add smashed potatoes and salt and coriander mix well masala is ready for Dosa.
  5. Add baking soda in a batter mix well. Heat nonstick Dosa tawa and spread batter sprinkle Malgapodi Chutney powder and on top spread masala pour ghee on outer side of Dosa and cook on medium flame till turns crispy.
  6. Fold roll the Dosa cut from the center and serve hot YUMMY Masala Dosa in a plate with tomato Chutney.
