- Boiled chickpea (chanay) and keep aside and slice onion for cooking
- Take a pen put oil and fried onion till it become golden than add zeera and ginger garlic paste and fried
- In a blender make a paste of yogurt....green chilli....dhanya and podina and put in pen....also add pulao sachet...salt....turmeric powder...garam masala powder and bhonofied approx 5 to 10 mintues till oil comes out...
- Now add chanay and bhonofy....than add rice and than add water accordingly
- When rice bring in boiled....cover with lid and cook....on the other hand in a pen make a baghar for serving....when water dried and rice came on dam...sprinkle fried onion and dissolve yellow food colour in water and sprinkle on rice than cover and put tawa under the pen and simmer for 10 to 15 minutes
- Now Spicy Chana pulao is ready so serve with salad....raita and chutney and enjoy your mealπππ
